Metal Tower Packings
Random packings are a cost-effective option to increase a tower’s capacity and efficiency. Tower packings have been used to reduce pressure drop through the column, increase the capacity compared to conventional trays at the same efficiency, and/or reduce liquid holdup in the column. Hydraulic data sheets for all our products are available on request.
- We produce the full range of iMS from #15 to #70
- High-performance random packing, equivalent to the I-Ring or Intalox Metal Tower Packing (IMTP), the industry‘s first and most widely used high-performance random packing
- Offer large random shapes for good wetting properties
- Better mass transfer at a smaller hydraulic diameter compared to Pall rings as a result of the open and modern grid structure, the pressure drop is much smaller.
